Assessment Policy and Procedure

Hader Institute of Education is committed to ensuring that the process of assessment in all VET courses are conducted in accordance with the four Principles of Assessment (validity, reliability, fairness and flexibility) and the Rules of Evidence as endorsed by the National Skills Standard Council (NSSC). This also includes the process of Recognition of Prior Learning.

All trainers and assessors are informed of this procedure through the induction process, and are responsible for observing the guidelines stated in this procedure.
