About Cansu Col

With a passion for building inclusive, future-focused education, Cansu COL brings both precision and purpose to her role at Hader Institute of Education. Her journey is defined by more than 15 years of expertise in project and change management, alongside more than a decade of leadership in education and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Her career reflects adaptability, innovation, and a steadfast commitment to shaping learning environments that empower both students and educators.

As Program Manager at Hader Institute of Education, Cansu leads the design, delivery, and compliance of nationally recognised qualifications. She plays a central role in safeguarding academic quality, strengthening regulatory compliance, and ensuring student-centred outcomes. Her qualifications are extensive and diverse, reflecting her deep investment in professional growth. She is completing a Master of Education (Digital Technologies for Learning) at the University of Wollongong and holds a Master of Commerce (Finance). She also holds the TAE50122 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (Advanced Training and Assessment), the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, the BSB61015 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management, and the BSB51415 Diploma of Project Management. In addition, she is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and a Certified Project Master (CPM).

Cansu’s career spans across Registered Training Organisations and higher education, where she has designed and delivered programs across the Australian Qualifications Framework from Certificate I through to postgraduate qualifications. At Hader, she champions the integration of EdTech systems, develops inclusive frameworks, and pioneers learner-focused practices that enhance both compliance and innovation. Her leadership style is marked by psychological safety, collaboration, and a clear commitment to professional development.

She has spearheaded initiatives in micro credentials, continuing professional development, and education technology projects, ensuring that learning remains both accessible and relevant to industry needs. Her expertise in project management, risk management, and stakeholder communication allows her to drive forward agile practices and lead transnational teams with clarity and purpose.

Cansu’s vision is clear. To shape programs that combine compliance excellence, innovative learning design, and inclusive pathways that equip learners with the skills, confidence, and opportunities to make a lasting impact in their communities and careers.
