The RPL Process Flow

  • Initial suitability review: Before enrolment, we take time to review the learner's background through a suitability interview and discus work history to ensure the pathway is suitable.
  • Guided evidence preparation: Learners receive clear guidance on the evidence they need to prepare, including CVs, third party reports, work examples, and past qualifications.
  • Assessor discussion: Each unit includes a one-hour discussion with a qualified assessor to review the learner’s skills and experience.
  • Additional learning if required: If gaps are identified, we provide additional learning for specific units to support successful completion.
  • Qualification issued: When all requirements are successfully met, learners receive their nationally recognised Australian qualification.
