With a clear vision for quality education and strong team leadership, she ensures the smooth operation of all RTO functions—from curriculum development and training coordination to system optimisation and stakeholder engagement.
In the world of Vocational Education and Training, Ann brings over two decades of leadership, innovation and impact. With a wealth of experience spanning TAFE, higher education, corporate training and government transformation projects, Ann has consistently led high-performing teams and built operational frameworks that deliver strong student outcomes and service excellence.
Ann has most recently contributed her expertise to the Department of Education as part of a major digital transformation project, where she developed SharePoint training materials and facilitated the adoption of new technologies across the organisation. Prior to this, she led a team of 20 academic staff at Didasko Group, overseeing the delivery of online Applied IT, Cloud, and Business degrees in partnership with La Trobe University. Her leadership extended across compliance, curriculum development, staff credentialing, quality assurance and the integration of cutting-edge tools including Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Teams.
Ann's approach to training and education is practical and visionary. She has been instrumental in designing online and blended learning solutions, optimising learning platforms and streamlining administrative systems to enhance both learner engagement and operational efficiency. Her strengths lie in mentoring, managing escalated student concerns and implementing sustainable processes that align with national standards and organisational goals.
Outside of VET, Ann has also worked on major IT training rollouts for organisations such as Metro Trains Melbourne, Australia Post and Village Roadshow. Whether managing the training component of the Myki transport ticketing system or consulting on national Microsoft Office upgrades, she brings adaptability, technical fluency and a deep commitment to user-centred learning.
