At Hader, Floren serves as a Learner Support Officer. In this role, he carefully reviews student submissions across multiple courses with accuracy and care, ensuring that assessments are marked to the highest standards. He also facilitates structured role-play sessions that allow learners to apply their knowledge in practical settings, step by step, until they meet the required competencies. Through this process, Floren provides both rigour and encouragement, helping students build confidence while completing their course requirements.
Beyond his current role, Floren’s professional background spans higher education, vocational training, and research. He has served as a Trainer and Assessor with Inspire Education, guiding learners pursuing Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. He has also held faculty positions at Multiple Intelligence International School, La Salle Green Hills, Miriam College High School, and Notre Dame of Greater Manila, where he taught economics, politics, philosophy, and social sciences. His research expertise is highlighted through his role as Research Specialist at Our Lady of Fatima University, where he contributed to projects and proposals under the university’s parameters
Currently undertaking a Master’s Degree in Political Science at De La Salle University Manila, Floren’s postgraduate work focuses on Neo-Institutionalism and contemporary Japanese issues. His academic achievements include presenting research at the Philippine Society for Public Administration International Conference, where he delivered a paper on best practices in national identification systems.
Floren’s approach to education is built on inclusivity, encouragement, and personalised support. He is well-versed in academic writing, research, and curriculum delivery, and he applies these strengths to create positive and meaningful outcomes for learners.
Outside of his professional and academic roles, Floren continues to explore cross-cultural understanding and language studies, with training in Japanese language reading and writing. He is also a strong public speaker and remains passionate about connecting academic research with practical teaching and student development
