In her illustrious career, Tracey has adorned several hats, spearheading critical roles in both Government and Non-Government sectors. Her extensive repertoire includes pivotal positions in family support and preservation, and a noteworthy tenure as a Domestic Violence specialist working both within and beyond Child Protection spheres. Tracey has also notably led initiatives such as the Psychosocial Recovery Program and was instrumental in shaping the Women's Alcohol and Other Drugs Recovery Program.

Beyond her professional commitments, Tracey is a beacon of support in the community, generously volunteering her time to mentor and uplift women transitioning out of the justice system. This extension of her passion underscores her unwavering commitment to fostering growth and resilience in society.

In 2019, Tracey embarked on a new chapter as a trainer, bringing to the fore her wealth of knowledge, and practical strategies to enrich the learning experience for her students. Through her guidance, students are armed with an enriched knowledge base and a set of skills finely honed for the real-world challenges that await in the community services sector.
