A passionate trainer who has worked within the Community Services sector in various roles over her extensive career
Tracey is a passionate trainer who has worked within the Community Services sector in various roles over her extensive career. Tracey is inspired by people’s ability to overcome adversity and challenges and is passionate about empowering others to live their best life.
Tracey brings that passion as a trainer to Hader Institute, enabling learning, growth and empowering students and emerging workers through formal theory based learning, and informal peer discussions.
Tracey has worked as a case manager and manager within Non-Government and Government sectors, with roles including working in Family Support and family preservation, a Domestic Violence specialist both within and out of Child Protection, Mental Ill Health sectors. Tracey has also managed a Psychosocial Recovery Program as well as lead the formalisation and case management aspect of a Women’s Alcohol and Other Drugs recovery Program.
Tracey continues her passion for empowering others by volunteering her time mentoring and empowering women exciting the justice systems.
Tracey progressively moved into training since 2019, sharing her skills, knowledge, practical strategies to build students’ knowledge and skills as established and emerging workers.
