Lezele leads with compassion and clarity—guiding the Learner Support Team to ensure students across all courses receive timely, practical, and meaningful assistance. Her hands-on leadership style and deep understanding of RTO standards ensure that each student’s journey is backed by both care and compliance.
Her foundation in education support was built at AAMC Training Group, where she spent four years refining enrolment processes, streamlining student communications, and ensuring training and assessment practices met national standards. Before transitioning into the education sector, Lezele honed her analytical skills in the finance industry, holding key roles at LafargeHolcim, Loan Market Group, and Security Bank Corporation. Whether conducting credit investigations or managing broker accreditation, she brought structure, accuracy, and professionalism to every task—skills she now channels into supporting learners as they pursue meaningful careers in community services, mental health, and counselling.
