Her impressive leadership portfolio includes being an Alumni member of USC Women in Regional Remote Enterprise, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, and a role on the Local Government Advisory Group for Youth. Moreover, Viki serves as a Director for the National Group – Community Housing LTD (Qld) and contributes actively in policy development and management committees for a Mental Health NGO.

Her invaluable role as a First Responder in non-clinical/crisis support for youth mental health, combined with her advocacy for youth and families in the justice system, underlines her dedication.

Viki's journey began with a trade background. She kickstarted her training at TAFE, transitioning from the Business faculty to Community Services. As training opportunities opened up for the broader community via non-government RTOs, Viki adeptly navigated these changes, contributing to industry standards and best practices. She proudly imparts her knowledge by training and assessing students across all her qualification levels, from Certificate I to Advanced Diploma.

Central to Viki's professional journey is her passion for the continuous development of both staff and students. Whether it's in a training room or during placement, she's committed to ensuring they receive the best guidance possible.
