With more than ten years of experience in marketing, advertising, and brand communication across education, entertainment, real estate, telecommunications, and retail, Krizia brings a strong background in building integrated campaigns that combine digital content, email marketing, social media, events, and brand storytelling to create clear and engaging communication for diverse audiences.

At the Hader Institute of Education, Krizia oversees brand consistency across all learner touchpoints with a strong focus on creating supportive and reassuring communication. She manages and strategises EDM and social media campaigns, learner engagement programs, website content, course marketing copy, and testimonial-based materials that help future learners feel informed, confident, and ready to start their study journey. Her work ensures every campaign is cohesive across channels and centred on clarity, accessibility, and genuine value for learners.

Krizia's earlier roles include Senior Executive for Marketing and Communications at KC Global Media in Singapore, where she led regional campaigns for AXN and Animax across Southeast Asia. She also holds extensive experience from Avida Land, Smart Communications, and SM Supermalls, where she strengthened her skills in events, activations, creative development, and integrated media planning.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from Far Eastern University, a qualification that strengthened her skills in marketing strategy, communication, and brand development.
