We will be introducing Artificial Intelligence (AI) across our organisation to enhance your learning journey. Here's what that means for you.

How we will be using AI-powered tools to support you in the following ways:

- Personalised study guidance — tools that help you track your progress, identify areas to focus on, and stay on track with your course
- Faster administration — enrolment processing, reminders, progress tracking, and routine queries handled efficiently so our team can focus on you
- Accessible communication — support delivered in ways that work for you, wherever you are in Australia
- Workplace-ready skills — as AI becomes part of everyday professional life across community services, mental health, youth work, and beyond, we help you understand and use these tools confidently in your own career through your studies
Human in the Loop — our governing principle
Every AI tool at Hader operates under the Human in the Loop standard — the internationally recognised framework for responsible AI governance.
This means AI handles the routine. Humans handle everything that matters.
- All assessment decisions are made by qualified, credentialed trainers and assessors, never by an automated system
- All certificates are issued only after a human has confirmed your completion
- All complex, sensitive, or unresolved queries are escalated to a real member of our team
- You will always know when you are interacting with an AI tool versus a person
Transparency and your rights
We will always be transparent about when you are engaging with an AI-powered tool or an agent. You have the right to request human support at any time, and our Learner Support Officers are available during business hours for anything that needs a personal touch.
Your privacy is protected. All AI systems at Hader handle your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Your data is never shared with or used to train external AI systems.
