About Divina Daryanani

Divina Daryanani brings extensive industry experience to her role as a Trainer & Assessor at Hader Institute of Education, spanning counselling, mental health, therapeutic support, clinical supervision, and client-centred practice.

Across her career she has supported children, adolescents, adults, families, university learners, and NDIS participants experiencing a wide range of mental health and wellbeing challenges. She has worked extensively within telehealth environments and alongside multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care. Her practice draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches, tailored to each individual.

Divina holds a Master of Counselling and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychological Studies, and is a registered clinical counsellor and certified counselling supervisor. Her roles have included Director and Principal Clinical Counsellor, Lead Counsellor, Counsellor, and Clinical Supervisor, giving her depth in crisis intervention, clinical leadership, supervision, stakeholder collaboration, and client advocacy.

She is passionate about helping people build resilience and practical strategies for everyday challenges, and she brings that same compassionate, learner-focused approach to her teaching.
