Ritu Sama is an accomplished education leader, trainer, and sector specialist with over 15 years of experience spanning Early Childhood Education, Vocational Education and Training (VET), and Community Services. Her career reflects a rare combination of frontline teaching, executive leadership, and regulatory expertise giving her a comprehensive, real-world understanding of what it takes to lead high-performing, compliant services.
Currently a Nominated Supervisor and Educational Leader, Ritu is responsible for the governance, compliance, and operational excellence of a large Children’s services, supporting hundreds of children and educators. She has successfully led services through accreditation, compliance, and financial audits, achieving strong regulatory outcomes including Meeting National Quality Standard ratings and full Department of Education compliance.
What sets Ritu apart is her ability to turn complex legislation and compliance frameworks into practical systems that educators can confidently apply, teaching not just compliance but how to lead with it.
As the Founder and CEO of Inspire & Learn Pty Ltd (RTO 45125), Ritu built and managed a Registered Training Organisation from the ground up, maintaining a fully compliant ASQA compliance record in audits. She led training and assessment strategy development, compliance systems, risk management and organisational operations experience that now directly informs the depth and quality of her training delivery.
Her leadership extends beyond systems into people. Ritu has mentored and coached large teams of educators, embedding reflective practice, continuous improvement, and inclusive approaches that support children, families, and communities. Her work consistently demonstrates a commitment to equity, cultural safety, and meaningful participation for all learners and service users.
Now facilitating the CHC62015 Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management, Ritu prepares emerging and existing leaders to confidently manage teams, navigate compliance, and drive quality outcomes in the community sector. Her sessions are structured, practical, and deeply grounded in real industry experience ensuring learners don’t just gain knowledge, but develop the capability to lead.
