Toni is a passionate People & Culture leader who believes that people should be at the heart of every business decision. She is driven by creating workplaces where people feel valued, supported and inspired to thrive, enabling individuals to achieve their full potential while delivering meaningful outcomes for the organisation.
With more than 20 years' experience across Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia, Toni has led People & Culture functions in organisations including SEEK, Festo, FOXTEL and Tabcorp. Her experience working across diverse cultures has reinforced her belief that diversity of thought, experience and background is one of an organisation's greatest strengths. She is passionate about building inclusive cultures where people feel a genuine sense of belonging and are empowered to contribute their best.
One of the career highlights Toni is most proud of was establishing the Diversity & Inclusion function at SEEK, where she partnered with Melbourne Business School on pioneering mental health research to better understand how organisations can support employee wellbeing. That experience further strengthened her commitment to creating psychologically safe workplaces where people feel cared for, connected and able to flourish.
Toni is excited to be part of Hader Institute of Education, an organisation whose purpose aligns closely with her own values. She looks forward to working alongside colleagues to foster a culture where people feel engaged, inspired and supported to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students, each other and the communities they serve.
Outside of work, Toni enjoys travelling, discovering new restaurants, going to the movies, and experiencing live music whenever she can.
